LaunchNow and its affiliated partners own all intellectual property rights to the templates listed on this site.

Updates

During the commercial lifespan of the template, you are entitled to any updates that LaunchNow releases. These may include bug fixes, improvements, or new features.

Single Use License

The Single Use License grants you the right to use the purchased template for one end product only, whether commercial or personal. You may modify, customize, and adapt the template as needed for your single project. You may not use the same template for multiple end products or projects.

Unlimited Use License

The Unlimited Use License grants you the right to use the purchased template for unlimited end products, whether commercial or personal, including client work and team collaborations. You may modify, customize, and adapt the template as needed for your projects.

Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)

Under no circumstances may you:

• Resell or redistribute this template, whether modified or unmodified

• Share the template files with others who have not purchased a license

• Claim ownership of the original template design

• Use the template in a way that competes directly with our template business

• Make the template available for download by others

License Grants

• All licenses are perpetual and do not expire

• You retain rights to any original content you add to the template

• All source files are included with your purchase

• Licenses are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Framer templates and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving instant access to downloadable digital content that cannot be returned.

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me first at joseph@launchnow.design so we can resolve it directly. Filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to reach us, or while still retaining access to the product, is considered a violation of these Terms. This may result in immediate revocation of your template license, a permanent ban from future purchases, and submission of access logs and policy agreements to the payment processor as evidence of fraud.

Warranties

LaunchNow guarantees that this template is created and maintained in compliance with Framer's standards. The template undergoes thorough quality assurance to ensure its suitability for commercial use.

Browser Support

This template is designed to be visually consistent and functionally compatible across all major modern browsers (Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, and Edge - latest stable releases). Where specific features aren't technically feasible in certain browsers, reasonable alternatives will be implemented.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that under no legal theory, including but not limited to negligence, breach of warranty or condition, breach of contract or tort, will LaunchNow or its owner be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages

• Loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses

• Cost of substitute equipment, facilities, or services

The total aggregate liability of LaunchNow from any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the template.

LaunchNow is not liable and provides no warranty for issues arising from:

1. Improper installation

2. Use outside intended purpose

3. Conflicts with third-party products/services

4. Post-purchase modifications

5. Issues exclusive to unsupported browsers
