Refund Policy

Thanks for checking out LaunchNow templates. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but since all products are digital and instantly accessible, refunds are only available in specific situations.

License Types

When you purchase a template, you receive one of the following licenses:

Standard License (Single Site): Use the template to build one website on a single domain, personal or commercial.

Unlimited License (Unlimited Sites): Use the template to build unlimited websites for yourself or clients across multiple domains.

Both licenses include:

• Framer remix link

• Free lifetime updates

• Template support

License Rules

Licenses are non-transferable and tied to the original purchaser.

If you need to upgrade from Standard to Pro, purchase the Pro license and reach out. I'll refund your original Standard purchase.

Each license is sold per intended use.

You cannot:

• Resell, redistribute, or list the templates as standalone products on any marketplace or platform

• Share, sublicense, or transfer template files to others

When Refunds Are Available

Refunds may be issued if:

• You accidentally purchased the same template twice

• A technical issue prevents the template from working as shown and support is unable to resolve it. You'll need to provide evidence like screenshots, recordings, or a detailed description.

Refund requests must be made within 5 business days of purchase. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

*Please note that refunds will be the purchase amount minus any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the payment platform.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be granted if:

• You no longer need the template

• You found something else you prefer

• You changed your mind

• You're unhappy with features that were clearly shown in the listing

• You don't have the skills or knowledge to use the template

• You don't have a Framer account or the required subscription

• You report a technical issue without providing evidence

• You feel misled based on personal design preferences

• You purchased the wrong license type

• You're requesting a partial refund

Before You Buy

Some templates may require a Framer subscription or access to specific features. Review the product listing carefully to make sure you have what you need before purchasing.
